Cowan + Associates delivers design and A-E services for fine-dining, casual dining and quick-service restaurants.  Since 1984 we have been rolling out restaurant concepts across the nation, creating new concepts from scratch and developing new and value-engineered prototypes. We work with corporate restaurant & food-service groups, franchisees and independents alike. Beyond traditional concepts we deliver multi-tenant food courts and prepared food operations in airports, sports venues, and healthcare facilities and on college and university campuses.

Pictured Here:  Cowan + Associates developed a revitalized prototype for both the Bravo Italian Restaurant and Brio Tuscan Grille concepts.  The Bravo prototype in West Homestead, PA and the Brio prototype in Peachtree City, GA became the models for ongoing chain-wide expansion.  Cowan worked collaboratively with the owners to design and implement multiple locations for each of these fine-dining concepts.
